Community Engagement and Philanthropy:

Demonstrating a commitment to giving back, Windjam Companies once again led a fundraising golf tournament in 2024, benefiting Hope Connection International (HCI). HCI is an amazing organization that supports survivors of abuse as they get back on their feet. This annual event is something the entire Windjam team looks forward to, as it highlights the importance of HCI to the communities it serves. As the golf tournament ends each year, we are filled with gratitude for the experience and immediately start planning for next year’s event.

The Wonder of Windjam Development:

In 2024, Windjam Development, a subsidiary of Windjam Companies, was essential to the evolution of several notable projects across central North Carolina. A few highlights include:

• Flatiron Forest and Summit Terrace are beautiful new communities that are coming to Chatham County. Work has started on land development for each which means bringing the vision of these gorgeous neighborhoods to reality will not be far behind!
• Windjam Development has now been involved in nearly forty central North Carolina communities spanning as far south as Pinehurst, north to Youngsville, and many more locations in between.
  • Browning Mill and Browning Stables: Collaborating with Eastwood Homes and Pulte Homes, Windjam is developing vibrant communities in Wendell.
  • Brant Station: In Garner, Windjam has partnered with Caruso Homes to create a sought-after residential hub.
  • 1158 Place: Windjam’s Wilson footprint is growing! With three communities in progress, Windjam has quickly become an important part of Wilson’s future.

Developing a new neighborhood requires meticulous planning, attention to detail, and vision. The process begins with the selection of the perfect location and only concludes when the perfect, final touches are completed on each property. In 2024, Windjam Development thrived through the study of land features and the promotion of positive environmental impacts.

Windjam Properties Win!

In 2024, Windjam Properties was essential to the sale of 34-acre parcel on Wake County’s coveted Fayetteville Road. This property offered an amazing development opportunity as it sits just minutes from downtown Raleigh. Windjam Properties proudly represented both the buyer and seller in this epic transaction.

Showcasing Sage Built’s Excellence:

• Sage Built, the custom home-building arm of Windjam Companies, was again named to North Carolina’s Top Ten Custom Builders by the Triangle Business Journal. For 2024, Sage Built landed in the 6th spot, up three spots from the prior year!
• Sage Built prepared two stunning properties to showcase in the 2024 Parade of Homes, but both were swept off the market before the event even began! This is a testament to the increasing demand for Sage Built’s gorgeous designs and craftsmanship. Stay tuned in 2025 as more Sage Built homes come to market.
• Communities built by Sage Built continue to quickly sell out in central North Carolina. In Chatham County, Moore County, Wake County, and more, over a dozen stunning communities are delightfully filled with new residents enjoying Sage Built’s coveted luxury homes.
• In 2024, Sage Built achieved Chatham County’s largest residential home sale (by dollar value) in the Summit community in Pittsboro, NC.

Industry Recognition and Team Expansion:

The expertise and dedication of Windjam Companies' team have been acknowledged through various accolades:

• Jennifer Scott, Windjam Companies’ in-house attorney, was recognized on the 2024 Real Estate Power List for the third consecutive year. This designation is given to just 28 attorneys in North Carolina and is a testament to Jennifer's contributions to Windjam Companies’ success.
• In July, Windjam Companies moved its headquarters to Cary, NC! This was an exciting moment for the company as it continues to grow. By doubling the size of its headquarters, Windjam Companies can look forward to continued expansion for years to come.
