Founded in 1998 by President and CEO Rex Vick, Jr., Windjam Companies has grown into a fully integrated real estate organization serving the NC Triangle. Today, our work spans land development through Windjam Development Group, luxury homebuilding through Sage Built, and residential real estate services through Windjam Properties. TowneBank’s feature does a great job of capturing how this integrated approach allows us to thoughtfully guide projects from land acquisition to finished homes and thriving communities.
