It is with great excitement that Sage Built announces a gold-winning home at the Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties Parade of Homes Gala hosted on October 6, 2022. Sage Built continues its streak of taking home gold. The Encore, located in the Apex neighborhood, Destin, won gold in the price category of $1.6 million to $1.9 million.

As described by the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham, “the Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour, showcasing exciting trends and quality products in new home construction and technology.” All participating homes are divided into varying price categories and later judged by builders and other industry professionals from outside markets.
