Steve first joined Windjam as a NC Broker from 2007-2009. With his homebase back in Raleigh, he rejoins Windjam Properties as Estate Sales Consultant and Broker. Steve brings extensive executive management and experience to the team. He is a retired Army Chaplain (Lieutenant Colonel) with over 25 years of Active Duty service. His distinguished career concluded with an assignment at the Pentagon, Chief of Chaplains Office, where he served as the Chief’s speech writer and special assignments project officer. After retiring from Active Duty, he served 15 years as a Department of the Army Civilian at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. In his directorate, he supervised the Garrison’s Strategic Planning and Data Analysis Divisions and served as the Commander’s Integration Officer for the 12 Garrison directors. During his residence in CA, he worked full time for the Department of the Army, served as Pastor of Military Ministry at a large church (13 pastors, 2,300 members) and was licensed with Sotheby’s International as a Real Estate Salesperson (2016-2024) with the State of California Bureau of Real Estate. Steve holds a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries and a Master of Arts in Communications.
